巩崇水，男，1985年2月生，山东枣庄人，研究生，理学博士，研究员，数值模式研究室主任。

主要从事西北地区数值模拟研究及其相关业务应用、陆面模式方案研发、气溶胶辐射影响等研究工作。主持国家自然科学青年基金1项，国家自然科学基金面上基金1项，主持国家重点研发计划重点专项专题1项，甘肃省科技厅面上项目1项，主持和参与其他项目11项；累计申请主持竞争性科研经费120余万元。2019与2021年分别获得甘肃省气象局气象英才和中国气象局青年气象英才称号。实现业务准入系统4项，合作发表SCI/核心论文40余篇，专利2项。获得甘肃省科技进步三等奖两项、中国气象局十三五以来气象科技成果（排名第一，良好），厅局级奖项7项。
