李红，女，1992年2月生，甘肃兰州人，博士研究生，副研究员，数值模式研究室副科长，获得甘肃省科技进步三等奖（4/7）、中国气象局2022年度“十三五”以来气象科技成果评价良好（5/15）、甘肃省气象学会创先争优优秀青年奖各1项。

主要从事数值模拟及资料同化工作，特别是多普勒天气雷达资料同化在对流尺度数值模式中的应用。主持甘肃省青年科技基金1项、中国气象局数值预报国省统筹研发项目2项、甘肃省气候资源开发及防灾减灾重点实验室开放基金1项、甘肃省气象局青年基金1项，参加国家自然基金3项、省部级项目4项。发表科研论文7篇（含SCI论文5篇），获发明专利1项。
