张良，男，1980年生，陕西人，博士研究生 ，研究员，甘肃省科技进步二等奖2项，厅局级科技奖4项。

主要研究方向为陆-气耦合与极端灾害事件相互作用研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项，省自然科学基金2项，第1/通讯发表论文SCI、EI与中文核心20篇，参编著作3部。
